The OBR Run 2025

The Rwenzori Fraternity Association had the opportunity to host the Obusinga Bwa Rwezururu (OBR) delegation in Kampala on the September 11, 2025, at Grand Imperial Hotel. The delegation was led by the OBR Prime Minister (Mr. Baritazare Kule) and included other officials: Mr. Tumusiime (Head of Protocol), Mr. Mustafah Kikusa (Chair for Coronation), etc. The objective of the engagement between RWEFRA and OBR was to meet with the Abanya Rwenzururu who work and stay in Kampala and the surrounding areas, to update them about the OBR agenda, and discuss areas of support and partnership. Additionally, the OBR is mobilizing the community for the upcoming Omusinga Birthday Run slated for November, 2025, and so this was an opportunity to launch the Kampala drive for this noble Press Release.
